Confidential consultation
It begins with a short, private conversation. You tell us, in your own words, what is happening and what you hope to learn. We listen, ask only what we need to understand the situation, and help you decide whether an investigation makes sense. There is no obligation and no pressure.
Scope and quote
If you decide to move forward, we define the work in a written scope: what we will do, how we will do it, and what you will receive. We provide a written quote with a clear budget, including the hourly rate and any expenses such as mileage, parking, or database fees.
Engagement agreement
You review the scope and the quote, and you approve them in writing before any work begins. Nothing happens until you have agreed to the plan and the budget, so there are no surprise charges.
Investigation
We conduct the work lawfully and discreetly, documenting as we go. We observe from a distance, use unremarkable vehicles and routines, and never make contact unless we have agreed to in advance. We follow all federal and Idaho law throughout.
Report and debrief
You receive a written report in clear, factual language, with time-stamped photographs, video, and source records where applicable. We walk through the findings with you, answer your questions, and, if you have counsel, coordinate so the documentation is ready to be used.
